What kinds of bills can I pay with Bill Pay?

Bill Pay is commonly used to make recurring payments for fixed expenses like your mortgage/rent, car payment and subscriptions, but you can also use it for bills like utilities, credit card payments and much more!

What's the difference between Bill Pay and autopay?

Bill Pay is a feature that allows you to pay bills in Online Banking; autopay is short for “automatic payment,” a broader term for a service that makes payments automatically. For example, many billers offer autopay, like insurance companies and streaming services. You can choose to couple autopay (aka recurring payments) with Bill Pay for peace of mind and convenience.

Can I set up automatic payments with Bill Pay?

Yes! You can choose to make one-time payments or set up automatic payments with Bill Pay.

What are eBills? Why use them?

When you enroll in eBills, your biller will notify Desert Financial when your bill is ready. Then, you can view and pay it directly within online Bill Pay and even choose to set up autopay for future bills. eBills are great for automatically paying bills that change each month, like your electric or water bill. Keep in mind that not every biller participates in eBills, so you may not be able to use it for all your bills.
